Role Overview

Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successful permanent placements
- Strong networker with a proactive approach
- Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
- Experience managing both candidates and clients and guiding them through the recruitment process
