Trade Service SA is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team.

They are the oldest and largest energy saving provider under the South Australian Retailer Energy Productivity Scheme (REPS), saving energy since 2009.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of call centre customer service support and managing the documentation and data generated from Solar installations. Some of your responsibilities in this role will include;
- Provide inbound customer service call centre support for new and existing customers
- Provide after sales customer services and field technician support related to residential solar installations
- Administration support for Solar installations, as well as REPS installations and submissions
- Administration support for commercial Solar assessments, installations and product details
- Generation of systems, Customer, warranty and inbound call reports
- Resolving warranty issues on solar systems, scheduling site visits with field technicians and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility in work tasks to suit business requirement
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this role, we are looking for reliable, organised and hardworking individuals along with:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong time management with the ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- Strong office administration knowledge and high level of accuracy with attention to detail
- An enthusiasm for continuous improvement and problem solving
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using a CRM system
- Knowledge and experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy and/or trade based activities (electrical) is preferred
- Previous experience in Solar installation calls/warranty work - specifically handling customer warranty or servicing will be highly desirable.
