Delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced environment, we have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Community Services team.

This role involves providing administrative support, managing visitor interactions and reception duties. To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate professionalism, empathy and effective communication skills when interacting with clients and staff alike.

Key responsibilities include:

* Providing administrative assistance and support
* Managing visitor interactions and reception duties
* Using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook, at an intermediate level
* Handling cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Desirable qualifications include experience handling financial/accounts tasks and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
