Your new role
You will be managing the centre's day-to-day, undertaking a range of duties such as:
* Schedule customer bookings and allocate technicians accurately to ensure full utilisation of time
* Undertake monthly reporting
* Check technician time sheets and ensure hours are logged correctly
* Manage any escalated customer interactions
* Contribute to continuous improvement and provide feedback
* Drive productivity across the team
* Coordinate facility requests as required
* Manage the team, including hiring, firing, and reviewing, with support from the Head Office
* Ensure adherence to OHS
What you'll need to succeed
Your Management experience will be highly beneficial, as well as:
* Automotive industry experience
* Confident leadership capability
* MechanicDesk experience highly regarded
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to pick up new systems
* Strong adaptability and problem-solving
* Proactive attitude and initiative
