Administrative Support Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team.
Job Description:
* Provide administrative support to the People & Culture Team, ensuring seamless delivery of projects and initiatives.
* Manage P&C inbox, responding to employee enquiries and escalating complex issues as needed.
* Coordinate the roll-out of cyclical activities, including monthly reports, remuneration reviews, and performance management processes.
* Contract and variable letter generation, maintain organisational charts, and update employee information.
Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll data for each payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Coordinate offboarding process for terminated employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
* Liaise closely with Talent Acquisition Specialist to ensure successful candidate handovers.
* Adhere to onboarding compliance for new starters, including working rights and background checks.
* Generate, send, and manage employment contracts for new and existing employees, following up on required paperwork.
* Work with Leaders to raise IT setup tickets and coordinate successful onboarding for new starters.
Requirements:
* Experience as a team coordinator or similar role.
* Proven success in busy environments and hands-on administration.
* Possess a proactive and can-do attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
