We are seeking an accomplished engineer to lead the delivery of high-quality project outcomes, provide technical expertise for bid preparation, and mentor engineers to expand our Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) services.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced expertise in EMI and EMT studies, including Earth Potential Rise, Low Frequency Induction, Lightning, EMF, EMC, Insulation Coordination, and Transformer Inrush. They will also be responsible for managing small teams, providing technical expertise, and mentoring engineers to deliver quality project outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in electrical engineering and proficiency in industry-standard software tools like CDEGS and PSCAD. Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality assurance are also essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct advanced EMI and EMT studies, including Earth Potential Rise, Low Frequency Induction, Lightning, EMF, EMC, Insulation Coordination, and Transformer Inrush
* Manage the engineering delivery of small teams to deliver quality project outcomes
* Provide technical expertise for bid preparation and business development
* Mentor and develop engineers to expand our EMI/EMT services
Requirements
* Degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering
* A variety of sector exposure from areas such as Substations, Transmission, Infrastructure Power
* Proficiency in industry standard software tools such as CDEGS and PSCAD
* Capable technical report writing skills and ability to present to various internal/external stakeholders
