Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in acquiring new customers, upgrading or converting existing customer accounts from transactional waste only service to value-added offerings. This involves obtaining incremental revenue through sales calls, lead campaigns, and prospecting. The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling skills, enabling them to effectively utilize technology-based tools for lead follow-up, sales cycle disposition, pipeline management, forecasting, and lost opportunity tracking.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent related work experience.
\
2. Experience: 2+ years' experience in Sales/Marketing related work, demonstrating the ability to manage and develop existing and prospective accounts.
\
3. Customer relations and support expertise.
\
4. Leadership abilities.
\
5. Ability to learn company billing/customer database software, features of all company products and services, at varying levels of account options.
\
6. Microsoft Office product proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).
\
7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool knowledge preferred.
\
8. OSHA Regulations or Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
