Broome Regional Aboriginal Medical Service (BRAMS) is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service that has been delivering comprehensive, culturally safe primary health care to the Broome community for over 45 years.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Quality and Safety Officer to lead and coordinate organisational quality, risk and governance activities across BRAMS.
This position will oversee internal auditing, accreditation and continuous improvement processes, maintain compliance and risk management systems, and support data-driven reporting to the CEO, Executive and Board. The role plays a key part in embedding the BRAMS Quality Care Framework across the organisation, promoting a culture of accountability, learning and consumer voice.
About You

* Significant experience in quality, risk or governance coordination within a complex organisation
* Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks and compliance requirements
* Relevant qualification in quality, safety or risk management (or equivalent experience)

* Proven ability to lead internal audits and continuous quality improvement initiatives
* Commitment to Aboriginal community control and culturally safe practice
