Experienced Property Management Assistant
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced property management professional to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Property Manager across a well-managed portfolio
* Conduct routine, entry and exit inspections
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs
* Assist with leasing activities and inspections
* Communicate professionally with tenants and landlords
* Help prepare for QCAT (if required)
* Perform general administration and property-related tasks
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Minimum 12 months experience in Property Management or a similar role
* A current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* A valid Queensland driver's licence
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confidence using property management software (experience with Console Cloud is a bonus)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A reliable and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
