The ultimate goal is to help drive **Sales Acquisition, Growth & Retention** for the company by increasing the number of qualified sales opportunities for the BDM Team.
**Key Responsibilities***
- Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through various channels.
- Conduct research on potential customers and their businesses to determine their needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies that align with sales goals.
- Manage and maintain the sales database (HubSpot), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Engage with potential customers to build relationships and create interest in our products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos between potential customers and the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers during the sales process.
- Continuously monitor and report on progress toward sales goals and adjust strategies as needed.
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed.
- Staying up to date with business trends
- Conduct research on potential customers and their businesses to determine their needs and pain points using tools such as LinkedIn and Zoom Info
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute outreach strategies that align with our sales goals.
- Manage and maintain the sales database (HubSpot), ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Engage with potential customers to build relationships and create interest in our products and services.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos between potential customers and the sales team.
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospects who are not being managed by BDM / AE, or as required for you to partner with a member of the Sales Team
- Continuously monitor and report on progress toward call, activity and appointment goals daily and weekly with your manager
- Attend industry events and conferences as needed.
- Staying up to date with business trends
- Providing feedback to CRO and Marketing on what is working, what is not, messaging, content ideas.
- Providing feedback to Product on prospects and customer questions on platform, usage, friction points.
**Experience**
- Demonstrated delivery experience in a dynamic recruitment environment with varied.
- roles across multiple disciplines.
