This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance and related systems, and a proven track record in system implementation, supply chain, and asset technology solutions.You will lead initiatives that optimise maintenance systems, streamline processes, and enhance reporting and data visibility.
The successful candidate will be passionate about leveraging technology to deliver practical solutions, engaging stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesScoping and implementing technical system enhancements to support Fortescue's growing industry footprint, for Plant Maintenance and Materials ManagementDiagnosing and problem-solving detailed SAP and business process specific problems to generate continuous improvement worksCollaboration with other subject matter experts across the business to maintain a streamlined system landscape, in line with our Work Management & Asset Management standards & processesConducting effective change management on all improvement initiativesWorking with end users to understand what they need from our AMM systemsCoaching Maintenance Systems SpecialistsWorking with the team to deliver a roadmap of a future systems landscape to support FortescueProvide support for day-to-day system operation, trouble shoot any system issues and facilitate smooth transitions from project implementation to business-as-usual activitiesQualifications and ExperienceExtensive SAP experience as an end user and a support specialist, alongside front end understanding of SAP (from best practice usage, enhancement, problem solving)Team playerProject ManagementGood problem-solving skills and continual improvement focusAbility to engage stakeholders, both internal and external to Fortescue across various levels in the business.Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skillsMS Office and SAP literacy (essential)About UsBe part of something big.
