We are on the hunt for a gun Site Manager to join the winning team.
We build great buildings that are enjoyable to build, good structure jobs, not too heavy on the finishes, no difficult clients with a great subcontractor team.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a can‐do attitude; you'll be organized, an excellent problem solver, and happy to come to work and push the projects forward.

The role includes:
Manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materials for optimum workflow on site.
Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
Use expertise to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Run a core group of direct skilled tradesmen to perform work scopes.
Requirements:
Forward planning, clear thinking, and team‐player mindset.
Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Able to work across multiple projects at the same time.
Tilt Panel / Basement / Large Structure experience a MUST
