Skills
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience as Supervisor, ideally in erection of wood construction plants
* Proven ability to lead and manage teams of 5 to 10 personnel effectively
* Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
Responsibilities
* Supervising the assembly, installation and commissioning of systems
* Supervising welders, fitters and mechanics onsite
* Leading assembly team
* Compliance with safety standards on construction site
