Job Description
Our organisation is seeking support workers to join our team. As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication administration, and transportation services to clients in their own homes.
Support workers will work independently, using their skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality support services that promote the health, wellbeing and independence of clients.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care or similar, a current Driver's Licence, a reliable vehicle, and at least 6 months experience caring for the elderly in their own homes.
