The Role Overview
As a Quality and Safeguarding Partner, you will work under the guidance of the Quality and Safeguarding Lead to support our quality and safeguarding processes across the organisation. Your key responsibilities include managing investigations, coordinating the continuous improvement register, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining strong child-safe practices.
* Investigate incidents and prepare clear, actionable reports to inform decision-making.
* Coordinate the central Continuous Improvement Register and implement corrective actions to drive improvement.
* Support policy and process reviews to maintain compliance with relevant legislation, including the Education and Care Services National Law (Tasmania) Act 2011 and the Child and Youth Safe Organisations (Tasmania) Act 2023.
* Provide data analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions and improve organisational performance.
* Foster collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to promote best practice and information accessibility.
To succeed in this role, you will be a detail-focused professional with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. A working knowledge of safeguarding, quality, or compliance frameworks is essential.
