About The Role

The key objective of the Puig Counter Manager is to lead and deliver a customer‐centric counter experience. As a Puig Counter Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and build Puig brand awareness by understanding and responding effectively to customer needs, while driving performance to achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets.

This role will be based at our Myer Carindale location and will be consistent of approximately 25 hours per week and requires availability on across weekdays and weekends.

Duties

* Consulting and educating customers on the features and benefits of Puig products
* Actively attracting new customers and maintaining our existing loyal customer base
* Achieve budgeted sales targets by recommending and selling products in line with customer requirements
* Attend relevant training sessions in order to drive product knowledge and enhance selling skills
* Upholding the exceptional in‐store experience and store presentation that Puig is regarded for
* Drive Puig activation and promotional events in line with business objectivesBuild positive relationships with in-store management, Account Managers and Head Office team

Our ideal Counter Manager

* Previous retail industry/ guest services experience (preferably within beauty or fragrance)
* Passionate about retail, fragrance and beauty
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in generating customer loyalty and maintaining a strong client base
* Understanding of targets, sales tracking and reporting
* Excellent customer service skills with an empathic, collaborative approach
* Flexibility and availability to work a varied roster in line with store trading hours
