Key responsibilities
* Operate the point of sale system (POS)
* Deliver exceptional customer service
* Manage store administration, including daily reports and cash handling
* Monitor fuel levels and perform dip meter readings
* Conduct stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy
* Mentor and train employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
* Liaise with suppliers and the corporate services team to ensure seamless operations
* Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive profitability and minimize waste
