Executive Support Officer Job Description
This role is responsible for providing high-level professional and confidential support to the Executive Leadership Committee.
* Job Purpose: To provide executive support to the Executive Leadership Committee, ensuring a positive and responsive engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Leadership Committee and individual members.
2. Implement and maintain records management systems that support the day-to-day business of the Executive Leadership Committee.
3. Coordinate business travel for executives as required.
4. Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
* Hold a current Blue Card for suitability to work with children and young people.
* Proof of qualifications is required prior to commencement of duty.
* Possess a current driver's licence.
