Job Title: Senior Sales Consultant
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing leadership to the sales team. This role requires a motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in sales principles and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
* Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
* Coordinate and participate in sales promotions, campaigns, events, and displays
* Provide mentorship and support to sales associates to ensure adherence to structured sales processes
* Facilitate tenders and home building agreements for house and land split contract transactions
* Establish relationships with developers and assist in developing packages to promote SHAWOOD house sales
* Monitor stock management and liaise with legal representatives for contract processes
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Adaptability, initiative, and strong customer focus
* Planning, organising, and presentation skills
* Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
* Valid NSW Assistant Agent Licence or NSW Real Estate Licence (minimum requirement)
* Demonstrated competence in sales principles and strong customer service focus
* Valid Driver's Licence
