LEADERSHIP | IT TRANSFORMATION | IT SERVICE GOVERNANCE & SERVICE OPERATIONS | SERVICE DELIVERY | FINANCIAL OPERATIONSJOB PURPOSE AND SCOPE Working within Kanji IT as part of the Customer Facing IT Support function, the ICT Support Officer's focus is to provide excellent IT support and customer care to our Business Customers.
The role is varied, providing support across multiple Locations, Customer Facilities, and IT platforms, both in-person and remote.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT systems and support, having experience of thriving in a fast paced and complex enterprise, with a natural predisposition to Customer Care and Continual Learning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide End User, Desktop, Telephony, Connectivity and Server support through various channels including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.Offer outstanding Customer Service by assisting users with IT Hardware, Software, and equipment-related issues and queries, both in person on Customer premises and through the use of remote tools.Perform technical troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure smooth Business operations.Undertake network and administrative tasks such as physical upgrades, technology deployments, documentation, and office relocations.Implement and practice Incident Management based on the ITIL framework, including continuous improvement through the creation of documentation and performing root cause and problem analysis.Travel both within State and Inter-State will be required from time to time.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Strong Customer Service skills and the understanding of how to deliver high-quality support.A passion for IT and a willingness to learn and grow.Exposure to Linux Domain, IMAP, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange 2016, SharePoint, Openscape IP phone system and Yealink Video Conference is desirable.A natural Eagerness and Curiosity for technical troubleshooting and problem-solving.Ability to thrive and prioritise tasks, and remain calm under pressure, in a fast-moving environment.Possess a technical mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent teamwork and people skills.A valid Australian Driver's license, vehicle access and willingness to travel is required.The Successful candidate must complete a National Police Check, a Pre-Employment Health Screening and will be required to provide Proof of Right to Work in Australia.Seniority levelNot Applicable
