We are seeking a dedicated Rostering Officer to support seamless service delivery by efficiently coordinating and managing Support Worker rosters across the Gold Coast, based in Pimpama office.
About This Role
* This role is focused on roster coordination for Support Workers across multiple locations. As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with Operations, Recruitment, and Care Management teams to ensure continuity of care.
* The ideal candidate should have proven experience in rostering or scheduling within aged care or disability services.
* A strong understanding of Awards compliance obligations is essential for this position.
* You will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and possess effective communication skills to maintain accurate records and data integrity within rostering systems (e.g., Visual care).
