We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to lead our care team. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to residents, working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator and Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate care across the home.

Main Responsibilities
* Care Provision: Provide holistic and person-centered care to all residents, addressing their social and emotional needs.
* Care Coordination: Support the coordination of care needs, including medication management, nutrition, and hydration.
* Team Leadership: Lead and supervise care teams on shifts, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
* Medicine Management: Perform medicine-related tasks in accordance with scope of qualification, state or territory legislation, and policies.
What You Need To Succeed
* Qualifications: Diploma of Enrolled Nursing (with AHPRA Registration) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
* Commitment: High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Tech Savviness: Ability to understand and use information technology and programs, with a willingness to learn new skills.
* Safety Knowledge: Current National police check and working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control.
