Head Chef – Lead the Kitchen
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen and take ownership of food quality, team leadership, and day-to-day operations at our restaurant.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who thrives on consistency, teamwork, and delivering exceptional food. You will have the opportunity to shape menus, mentor a kitchen team, and work closely with ownership to continue building a respected and busy venue.
About the Role
* Lead and manage all kitchen operations
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Menu planning, costing, and stock control
* Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
* Work collaboratively with front-of-house and management
About You
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passion for fresh, high-quality food
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Calm under pressure with a positive, professional attitude
