About the Role
We're on the lookout for an HR Advisor to join us at our Cannon Hill Head Office on a two‐year contract.
This is a hands‐on, process‐driven role focused on supporting day‐to‐day HR activity, systems, documentation and employee lifecycle processes within a structured corporate environment. You'll work closely with leaders and employees across the business, providing practical HR support while knowing when to elevate more complex matters.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting day‐to‐day HR operational processes and employee documentation.
Providing practical HR advice to leaders and employees on policies, procedures, leave entitlements and employment conditions.
Supporting annual performance review, remuneration review and promotion processes.
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
Maintaining accurate employee data and supporting HR systems, reporting and data integrity.
Assisting with HRIS system and process rollouts and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
You'll be reliable, detail‐focused and enjoy working in an HR support role and building trusted relationships across the business.
A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
3 – 5 years' experience in an HR Advisor or HR Operations role within a corporate environment.
Sound working knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and governance.
Strong judgment and accountability, including knowing when to act and when to elevate matters.
Confidence engaging with leaders and employees on routine HR matters.
A calm, professional approach and strong eye for detail.
