The eSafety Strategic HR team sits within eSafety but works hand-in hand with the ACMA's HR function. The team operates effectively between both entities to leverage programs and resources already in place and provide eSafety complementary or bespoke strategies and initiatives that fit its specific business needs. Our small but dedicated team works across a range of people functions including workforce planning, census action planning, attraction and retention, diversity and inclusion, capability, wellbeing, leadership, culture and change management. The team also consists of an end-to-end recruitment function which is embedded in the ACMA People Operations Team.
