Overview Straight-Line Civils are currently looking for a CDM Civils Site Supervisor to oversee aviation systems infrastructure projects across the UK.A normal week would typically involve staying away from home Monday to Friday.
Therefore, allowances for working away and all accommodation will be covered.You will oversee two projects per year, from start to completion, and will have 10 to complete within the next 5 years.
The sites are in the following regions:An island West of ScotlandAberdeenDumfriesNorth PenniesLincolnshireShropshireNorfolkWest SussexHertfordshireNorth DevonHowever, for the first couple of months for your contract, you will be based out of the office in Southampton so must be local to the area.Main Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day civils site operations, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and project specificationsOversee civil works, including groundworks, ducting, foundations, and associated infrastructure for aviation systemsMaintain strict standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental complianceCoordinate subcontractors, materials, and plant requirementsLiaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveryKeep accurate records, RAMS, and progress reportsPerson Requirements Proven experience as a site supervisor on civils projectsIn-depth knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations (KEY)Previous experience with aviation systems, defence, or aviation-related projectsCSCS card and SMSTS/SSSTS requiredFirst AidStrong communication, leadership, and organisational skillsSalary - £50,000 to £60,000If this sounds of interest, please apply now
