About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex projects across Australia. This position involves managing projects from contract award to final acceptance, ensuring successful delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will oversee a high-volume spare parts business, ensuring efficient order processing and logistics coordination.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project execution, including scheduling, procurement, and cost control.
* Oversee spare parts operations with high-volume transactional orders.
* Drive contract management, variation orders, and claims resolution.
* Ensure compliance with processes, safety standards, and integrity principles.
* Deliver financial results: sales, margin, billing, and cash collection.
* Handle customer quality complaints and lead root cause analysis.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
What We're Looking For
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
* Experience: 8-10 years in project management, contract management, and P&L oversight.
* Proven ability to lead complex, turnkey projects.
* Strong understanding of financials and cross-cultural work environments.
* Knowledge of Grid Products (GIS, AIS, transformers, relays) is a plus.
* Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Microsoft Project.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
