**End date: 8 months**
**Pay rate: $1,100 - $1,250 / day**
**Location: Parramatta / WFH**
**Primary purpose of the role**:
- Lead, innovate and direct the practice of the Business Readiness team (Organisational Change Management) - ensuring the SME expertise of the change and communications deliver quality outcomes for workplace projects across all stages of the project lifecycle.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Build capability across the Business Readiness team and the broader Workplace Transformation team on change and communications contributions to project delivery.
- Take a key advisor role in supporting Executive clients/teams in developing and implementing change leadership to support our broader strategic outcomes.
- Recruit and engage talent, including performance planning and team engagement activities for the Business Readiness practice, providing talent to resource project delivery squads effectively.

- You will be a passionate and expert leader in Change Management, outcomes focused, with a commitment to your own professional and personal development, and supporting the team you manage.
- You will have demonstrated experience in engaging and influencing with senior executives including building change leadership capability.
- You are an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with well practiced listening skills
