The Manager, Capital Delivery plays a pivotal role in the operational execution of the University's capital works program across multiple campuses. This role oversees the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects, from procurement through to post-occupancy transition.
You will lead high-value, multi-year projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery while managing operational, financial, and reputational risks. Your work will directly shape our built environment, supporting our academic and research aspirations with every project milestone.
This includes:
* Leading the delivery of major capital projects across our campuses, turning strategic intent into tangible, high-impact spaces that support learning, research, and community connection;
* Shaping and driving the University's capital works program, translating big-picture priorities into well-planned, achievable projects that align with our vision for the future; and
* Keeping projects on track and on purpose, delivering within scope, budget and timeframes while ensuring compliance, sustainability, and seamless operational outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking an experienced professional who possesses excellent leadership and project management skills, with a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented outcomes. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related role.
