About the Role:
* Proven experience in proactive sales (1-3 years)

Pursue highly lucrative performance-based quarterly incentives, heavily discounted accommodation and food & beverage at Marriott International worldwide, and commission earning potential for sales referrals to other Marriott properties. This is a full-time role working 38 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing new business to achieve revenue goals
* Managing existing business and driving conversion processes
Work closely with Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales to build long-term customer relationships and drive sales objectives. Identify and qualify new group/catering business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
