Requirements
* 2+ years experience as a pastry chef in a professional environment.
* Great team player.
* Strong eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
* Passion for food, innovation, and creativity.
* Proficient cake decorating skills, including wedding cakes (buttercream, fondant not required).
Key Responsibilities
* Bake and finish brownies, cookies, cupcakes, slices, make doughnuts, breads, sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc.
* Make buttercreams, ganaches, fillings, etc.
* Ensure all products are consistently high‑quality, visually appealing, and finished to perfection.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines and customer orders while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef and/or Cake Decorator in a bakery or similar setting.
* Strong artistic ability and a passion for innovative, trend‑driven cake designs.
* Skilled in buttercream piping, fondant work, sculpting, and other advanced decorating techniques.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining high standards.
* A proactive and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong time‑management and teamwork skills.
