As our
right-hand hero
(also known as
2IC
), you'll be the go-to support for the Service Manager — helping to keep our day-to-day magic running smoothly From making sure we meet all the important compliance goals to cheering on your team, you'll be a key part of what makes our service shine.
You'll bring energy, creativity, and a big heart — designing playful learning experiences, sparking curiosity, and helping educators feel confident and supported every step of the way. In this role, you'll lead by example, create a safe and joy-filled space for little learners, and build meaningful connections with families, children, your team, and the community.

What You'll Need
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
- Minimum 2 years experience in a current Second in Charge role
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards,
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training..
- Confidence when communicating with all levels of management.
- A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our service
