Job Description
* Accurately and efficiently dispensing of prescriptions using MyScripts,
* Day‐to‐day management of store, dispensary and team operations,
* Dispensary inventory management and order processing,
* Professional patient counselling and providing complete patient care solutions,
* Providing supervision to Interns, Student Pharmacists and Dispensary Assistants,
* Supporting and developing new business strategies in pharmacy best‐practice.
About you
* Qualified Pharmacist with a valid AHPRA registration,
* Experience working in dispensing medications within a community pharmacy environment,
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills,
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
* Commercially‐astute with business acumen experience and attention‐to‐detail skills,
* Collaborative and coaching leadership capabilities, with demonstrated interpersonal and organisational skills.

Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
