Role Description
We are seeking a full-time management consultant at a senior consultant / manager level to work on client engagements in Sydney supporting the delivery of their transformation agendas.
Qualifications & Experience Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, public policy, data analytics, or a related field, with 3–6 years' experience in management consulting.
Proven experience designing and documenting KPIs – including definitions, data sources, calculation methods, and alignment to organisational strategy and outcomes.
Familiarity with outcomes-based performance or public sector reporting frameworks (such as Results Frameworks or Performance Logic Models).
Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, requirements gathering and documentation, ideally in complex or regulatory environments.
High data literacy and experience validating KPI logic or dashboards using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Experience supporting organisational change, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and capability uplift activities.
Experience operating within or supporting a PMO environment, including governance reporting, tracking deliverables and maintaining performance data.
Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
You will be based in Sydney, with valid work rights in Australia for a minimum of six months.
The role is hybrid, depending on client needs, with at least three days per week required in client offices.
Team members work from home when appropriate and will need to have a suitable working space.
