We are seeking an outstanding educational leader committed to an Anglican expression of inclusive education to join us.
Based in Taree NSW, Manning Valley Anglican College is part of Newcastle Anglican, comprising four schools.
About the role:
Starting in term 1, 2026, the Head of Learning Enrichment (P-12) will play a key leadership role within the Teaching and Learning Team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and wellbeing. The role provides strategic leadership to build high-performing teams, promote collaboration, and champion positive education frameworks. It focuses on enhancing teaching practices, wellbeing initiatives, and operational systems to achieve optimal outcomes for students, staff, and families.
Reporting directly to the Director of Teaching and Learning, this position leads Learning Support Teachers and Classroom Support Assistants to deliver innovative, inclusive, and student-centred support from Prep to Year 12.

Experience and Qualifications:
* Proven leadership experience.
* Experience leading inclusive education initiatives across a P–12 setting, with a focus on strategic impact.
* Ability to ensure compliance with NCCD, Disability Standards for Education, and other frameworks, overseeing targeted support and extension programs.
* Mentoring and supporting teaching staff in inclusive and differentiated practices, and leading professional learning.
* Experience collaborating with families, allied health professionals, and external agencies.
* Implementing innovative practices to enhance learning outcomes and support inclusion.
* High proficiency in digital tools supporting teaching, learning, and administration.
Qualifications include:
* Relevant NSW teaching credentials and accreditation.
* Postgraduate qualifications in Special Education, Inclusive Education, or Educational Leadership.
