We've got an exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior Planner/ Planner to join our menswear team.

About the Role
1. Communicates confidently with senior management and uses their influence and knowledge to drive department growth
2. Manages the BUB process, working collaboratively with Buying to achieve deadlines and ensure the brand strategy aligns with department strategy
3. Manages a WSSI, owns the forecasting and presents in reforecast meetings
4. Effectively manages prioritization of own and team's workload during peak planning periods
5. Reviews in-season and post-season performance, giving recommendations for areas to focus on, grow, and decline
6. Ensures all tools & reporting are set up to support fact-based decision making by the buying team
7. Mitigates risk by identifying problem areas and having a bias for action
8. Strives for continuous improvement in processes, systems, or tools within own department
9. Drives department strategy and contributes to wider segment strategy
10. Develops a mid to long-term strategic view to drive growth and profit
11. Suggests actions based on potential future concerns, considering economic or social trends
12. Works closely with Planning Manager and Buyers to maximize profit
13. Monitors all facets of the department, implements plans for underperforming categories, and identifies opportunities
14. Proposes marketing campaigns to the planning manager to ensure promotional activities optimize margins
