Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage end-to-end month-end financial reporting, statutory compliance, and balance sheet reconciliations. Partner directly with department heads and operational managers to deliver robust commercial insights and monitor store-level performance. Communicate complex technical accounting matters clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders across the business. Leverage financial data to identify sales trends, manage inventory reporting, and support business-critical decision-making. Play an active role in continuous improvement initiatives across core accounting systems and reporting tools. Collaborate closely with a tight-knit finance team within a high-performing retail business. What We Are Looking For CA or CPA qualified, ideally making a first or second career move from a Big 4 or Mid-Tier chartered firm. Strong foundation in corporate reporting, general ledger management, and advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently converse with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
