Lead Implementation Consultant - Lyric Role at ADP
Position Overview
This role supports the implementation team in meeting metrics and targets by providing consulting and implementation services to ADP clients. The successful candidate will leverage specialized product knowledge to coach and assist team members in delivering high-quality implementation services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Implement products and associated services within allocated timeframes, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead and motivate team members on client implementation projects, focusing on exceptional customer service.
3. Support training, coaching, and mentoring of new and existing associates to reinforce skills and knowledge.
4. Create, deliver, and maintain procedures related to implementation skills and processes.
5. Apply project methodology including planning, follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance.
6. Review and measure progress against criteria, developing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
7. Define client requirements, conduct gap analysis, and document outcomes.
8. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to develop executable project plans.
9. Serve as a subject matter expert within the implementation team for projects and initiatives.
10. Assist leadership in developing implementation strategies, processes, and methodologies.
11. Act as an escalation point for complex payroll issues and resolve them efficiently.
12. Stay updated on technology and legislative developments related to the product and industry.
13. Assist in data collation for reports and analysis of implementation errors.
14. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure smooth transition to 'go-live' for new clients.
15. Conduct post-implementation reviews and share learnings.
Requirements
* Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience in implementation/service delivery.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in an implementation environment, with a solid understanding of payroll and related applications.
* Facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills.
* Proven success in applying project management methodologies.
* Ability to identify risks and provide resolution options.
* Experience with data mapping, conversion, and integrity; familiar with interface technologies (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
* Proficiency in MS Project, Word, and Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines.
Certifications / Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
* Project Management certification preferred.
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (preferred).
