Description What’s the role? The Senior Product Manager in the Transaction Products and Cards squad, is accountable for the end-to-end products across our business transaction accounts and card propositions. This role will set the strategic direction, leads portfolio decision making, and drives delivery outcomes that balance customer value, performance, operational resilience and regulatory compliance. They will act as product owner and subject matter experts across our suites of Business Transaction and cards, shaping strategy, leading transformational changes, driving innovation and uplifting customer experience. It plays a critical leadership role in also managing our risk, incidents and remediation activities, and in ensuring strong product governance across the Product Service Lifecycle. What do I need? Strategic leadership – define and evolve clear product vision and multi-year roadmap, translate strategy into prioritised initiatives and anticipate industry shift and position the portfolio ahead Customer and Growth focus – drive customer experience uplift and removing friction and identifying new value proposition and innovation opportunities. Performance and Commercial – own portfolio performance, use data and analytics to drive decision making and prioritisation, and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes Execution discipline – ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring delivery of simplification, migration and innovation activities.
