**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the company's payroll processes using Xero and MYOB to ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Utilize Deputy for employee scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and shift management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance related to payroll, employment contracts, and workplace safety.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Manage employee records and ensure data is maintained in HR systems.
- Provide support to management on HR-related matters such as employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll, scheduling, and HR systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management as needed.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on payroll, employee management, and scheduling.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, particularly Xero and MYOB.
- Proficiency in workforce management software such as Deputy.
- In-depth knowledge of HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR software and systems.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: $60,061.14 - $80,060.51 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
