Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.
* Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room, collaborating with our centre leadership team.
* Build strong relationships with families, ensuring every child feels a profound sense of belonging and is supported to thrive.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package comparable to state primary school teachers. This includes:
* A starting salary of $80,000 (Graduate Teacher)
* Ongoing professional development sessions including workshops and online discussions.
* Access to a dedicated Teachers' Community through our Learning Portal.
* A mentor to support you through your teacher accreditation or registration process (in states where this is mandated).

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
* Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
* New South Wales – Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).
