We are seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant to provide high-quality administrative and organisational support within a global Financial Services business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours in an evolving, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, bookings, and calendars
- Managing expenses, invoices, and Amex reconciliation
- Preparing and formatting PowerPoint presentations and weekly reporting
- Providing general support to visitors and assisting with phones when required
- Maintaining office space and ensuring supplies, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Partnering with other local office assistants to provide seamless support
- Assisting with internal events and team activities
What we’re looking for
- Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, energetic, and team-focused with a “can do” attitude
- Comfortable working in a youthful, dynamic, and collaborative environment
- Flexible and proactive, able to balance multiple priorities
The details
Part-time: 3 days per week (Monday – Wednesday, flexible)
Hours: 8.30am–5.00pm (8.00am–4.30pm also possible)
This is initially a temporary position with a view to go permanent in the next 12 months approx
