Join Green by Nature as a Team Member and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing green spaces across various contracts in Southern Brisbane and the North Gold Coast.
About the Role
As a Team Member, you will work alongside a team to maintain and enhance green spaces, ensuring a high quality appearance and safety on all sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
- Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
- Complete service requests as required
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in gardening using push and ride-on mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, weed control and spraying
- Valid Manual Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
- Be punctual and reliable
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
- Robust work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
