About the Position
The Curriculum Operations Lead is a member of the Course Accreditation and Registration Team and plays an important role in bringing CDU's Transformative Teaching and Learning Core Plan to life through the effective administration of the Curriculum Management System (CMS).
The Curriculum Operations Lead provides effective advice and support for the day-to-day management and maintenance of the CMS. The Curriculum Operations Lead will propose, plan, and implement new processes, functionality and system solutions involving the CMS and its interfaces. The Curriculum Operations Lead is responsible for capturing, analysing and validating business needs and requirements to design solutions while ensuring that business processes are fit for purpose throughout the development lifecycle and implementation.
About You
To be successful, you will require:
* Completion of a relevant postgraduate qualification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of relevant knowledge with at least four years of relevant experience in a business analysis role or equivalent with in-depth knowledge of AQF, TEQSA, ASQA, and other relevant accreditation bodies.
* Demonstrated ability for collaborative leadership to implement transformative strategies that focus on delivering compliant and quality student-centered courses and services.
* Proven experience in solution design, including advanced analysis, implementation, and documentation of business processes.
* Experience leading business process improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Waterfall, Hybrid, or Agile.
* Proven ability to facilitate workshops, deliver training, and present system requirements and reports.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and provide expert advice to a diverse range of stakeholders.
* Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with expertise in maintaining and developing system functionalities to meet organisational needs.
* Highly self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing competing deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, Project, Word, and Excel.
* Experience managing a team of professional staff (in the vocational or higher education sector preferred), including performance planning and review, staff development and career planning.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 9. The base salary will be in the range of $126,028 - $133,103 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $150,962 - $155,730 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
