You'll be joining an expanding team with plenty of opportunities to grow your experience. Starting on a 4-month contract to assist with work through a period of growth. The Role
In this varied, business-facing role, you'll be assisting the Accounts Payable team where needed while providing support for them with a backlog of work.
Process of invoices, somewhat of a complex nature in a high volume environment
Build relationships with clients
Ensure records accurately and up to date including changes made by client/internal departments
Reconciling client accounts, dealing with any discrepancies
Assist with general admin across the division
About You
Experience as a Accounts Payable Officer in a complex organisation
Intermediate excel would be advantageous
High attention to detail
Experience in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
