* Assist with recruitment processes and onboard new employees
* Provide administrative support, including creating employee profiles and coordinating new starter details
* Design awareness posters and support internal communication campaigns
* Support staff wellbeing programs and coordinate medical appointments
* Participate in employee engagement activities and contribute to a positive work culture
