Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ERP and digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365. You will manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with clients, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP and IT projects Develop and manage project plans, budgets, timelines and resources Manage risks, issues, scope and project governance Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams Oversee financial performance, forecasting and reporting Support proposals, statements of work and commercial activities Drive quality assurance, compliance and continuous improvement Support change management, user adoption and business outcomes Qualifications & Experience Required 5 years’ experience delivering IT or ERP projects Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies Demonstrated ability to manage teams and multiple workstreams Experience in project governance, budgeting and reporting Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Relevant tertiary qualification (IT, Business, Project Management or similar) PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (preferred) At iCatalyst, we pride ourselves on a collaborative, values-driven environment.
