Benefits: 80k - 110k Super - Negotiable pending experience Early Fridays Stable builder 15 years in business Flexible working hours Onsite parking Genuine hard working team To Be Successful You Will Have the Following: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction administration or a related role Sound understanding of the residential building process, from pre-construction through to handover High attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines Intermediate computer skills including MS Office; prior exposure to Onsite Companion or similar construction software is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset Strong organizational abilities and the confidence to liaise across multiple departments, consultants, suppliers and clients A positive attitude, professional presentation and the ability to maintain confidentiality and composure in a fast-paced environment A Cert III in Business Administration or similar (desirable), and a White/Blue Card (preferred) As a Construction Administrator, you’ll manage the full pre-construction process from contract execution to site commencement, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. You’ll coordinate with councils, certifiers, and consultants to obtain necessary approvals, lodge applications, and ensure timely delivery of reports. Client communication is key — you’ll lead pre-start meetings, provide regular updates, and manage variations. You'll also liaise closely with internal teams and site supervisors to keep projects on track, while supporting post-construction maintenance when required.
