**About the role**
This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for the Endeavour Marketing Strategy & Planning approach, ensuring operational excellence and partnership with key functions in our business. This role is responsible for embedding our group marketing operating rhythm, optimising our ways of working and bringing our marketing community together in a meaningful and positive way.
**You'll also be responsible for**:
- Managing the Endeavour Marketing Strategy & Planning process, including strategy check-ins, trimester planning, group KPIs and tracking and reporting of key strategic initiatives.
- Developing senior leaders packs, project updates and regular reporting as required by the marketing leadership team and relevant steering committees.
- Managing group marketing projects and the project plan to ensure they are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards. Brings together working groups as required to deliver on the project outcomes and ensures effective project communication, in particular with senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify and improve our Endeavour Marketing ways of working.
- Create and manage the Endeavour Marketing comms plan including our communication to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for embedding our engagement approach with key internal business partners.
- Identify and raise risks, issues and opportunities to ensure delivery of our Marketing Strategy and scorecard.
**About you**:
You'll have significant experience in partnering with senior stakeholders to develop and deliver marketing projects; including strategy, planning, and implementation.
You will also be able to demonstrate:
- Marketing experience including strategy, marketing planning, and campaign implementation.
- Experience in delivering marketing projects is highly advantageous
- Proven ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, including developing and executing communication plans
- Great business acumen and the ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work with all levels of our marketing community
- Self starter with strong collaboration skills and the ability to prioritise their workload
- Evidence of growth mindset and being able to lean into ambiguity
- Tertiary qualifications, preferably in marketing or business
