A leading national hospitality group is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive supplier performance, purchasing operations, and retail product implementation across a fast-growing network of sites. This role blends commercial analysis with hands-on retail execution - ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys turning data, supplier insights, and operational needs into real-world outcomes.
This is an office-based role with regular travel to sites (approx. a week per month).
The Opportunity
You'll own the coordination of procurement activities across retail categories including food, beverage, alcohol, and fresh produce. You'll support product launches, manage supplier relationships end-to-end, and play an active role in optimising operations, merchandising, and pricing strategies across ~40 locations.
Your impact directly influences stock availability, cost outcomes, retail performance, and the successful rollout of new products.
Procurement & Supplier Management
* Manage purchasing processes and maintain accurate procurement data
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance
* Lead commercial discussions and resolve issues
* Drive cost-saving opportunities and competitive quoting
Retail & Product Implementation
* Coordinate national product rollouts and site execution
* Support merchandising, store layout improvements, and promotions
* Contribute to pricing strategy and financial outcomes
* Work closely with operations and finance to ensure timely delivery
Commercial Analysis
* Analyse sales, supplier trends, and product performance
* Report on retail effectiveness and recommend improvements
* Monitor market trends to support commercial decisions
Team & Stakeholder Support
* Guide onsite teams in procurement and retail execution
* Champion continuous improvement across procurement and merchandising
What You Bring
* Experience in hospitality, FMCG, food retail, or broader retail procurement
* Strong supplier management and negotiation capability
* Understanding of merchandising or retail operations (advantageous)
* Ability to travel regularly and work closely with operational teams
* High organisational capability, with a proactive, "get it done" approach
